The electric furnace equipment includes the five parts component of medium frequency power supply cabinet, compensation capacitor group, furnace body, oil pump station and water-cooled cable. The single electric furnace capacity is generally less than 750Kg, a hydraulic furnace tilting mechanism is adopted, and the furnace tilting speed can be stepless regulated. During the furnace tilting process, the longitudinal movement distance and vertical movement amount of a furnace mouth are all less than 20mm, it has the excellent fixed-point performance, is suitable for fixed-point pouring. The inductor is formed by winding a thick-wall rectangular copper pipe, and high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets are used as magnetizers surrounding and attached to coil, which reduces magnetic flux leakage by beam magnetism, greatly reduces electromagnetic radiation and improves the working environment. The furnace is mainly used for melting and heat preservation of iron-based, copper-based, nickel-based, cobalt-based, silver-based and aluminum-based alloy and so on.
