Our company specializes in producing a new generation of KGPS and IGBT solid-state power supply for medium and high frequency induction heating equipment, and new-type medium frequency induction heating equipments and high frequency diathermic furnaces. The furnace is widely used for surface, inner hole, local or whole high frequency induction heating and quenching of gears, large bearings, shaft parts and various mechanical parts. The power supply utilizes the electromagnetic induction principle, the workpiece is placed in an alternating magnetic field, through the electromagnetic eddy current heating,to meet the heating requirements of melting, quenching, diathermy and so on, and this heating mode has the advantages of high heating speed, low burning loss, low labor intensity, capability of ensuring product quality, easy to organize the production line, and so on. When matched with diathermy, melting, brazing, heat treatment, sintering, single crystal pulling and so on, a temperature feedback system can be added to form a temperature closed-loop automatic regulation system, workpiece temperature can be sorted and delivered by adding a temperature sorting attached machine, and it is also available through special interface, controlled by PLC, " the he man-machine interface" or the industrial control computer, to realize intelligent control of heating system.
Features
1.High heating speed and little oxidation and decarburization. It is electromagnetic induction heating mode, heat is generated from the workpiece itself, it features high heating speed, little oxidation, high heating efficiency and good process repeatability, and metal surfaces are slightly peeled and can recover the mirror surface luminosity through polishing generally.
2.High automation degree and the capability of full-automatic operation(unmanned operation). Full-automatic operation can be realized by matching an automatic loading, discharging, sorting device and the special control software.
3.Uniform heating and high accuracy temperature control. The heating temperature can be regulated by selecting working frequency, the workpiece is heated uniformly, core surface temperature difference is small, and temperature can be accurately controlled by a temperature control system.
4.The induction furnace body is convenient for replacement and small area occupied. According to the workpiece size, matching the corresponding furnace body, the furnace body is equipped with the quick change joint,is convenient and quick for replacement.
5.Complete equipment protection function. The equipment can be set water temperature, water pressure, phase lack, overvoltage, overcurrent, voltage limiting, current limiting, overcurrent starting, constant current and buffer starting. Equipment stable starting, stable operation, reliable protection rapidly.
