1) Application:
It is designed to meet the requirement of atomization pulverizing under the vacuum conditions.
2) Principle:
The vacuum atomization pulverizing device melts metal or alloy under the vacuum conditions, after the material is melted and reaches atomization temperature, the operator pours the molten liquid metal into a heat preservation tundish under the protection of inert gas, the liquid metal will pass through a guide pipe at the bottom of the tundish and form a liquid metal flow which enters an atomization chamber, the liquid metal flow will be atomized and broken into a large number of fine metal droplets due to shock of high pressure gas flow from a nozzle in the process, and the droplets will be sphered under the action of surface tension and solidified into particles in the flying and settling process, namely metal powder.

1.Can prepare Many types metal and alloy powder which can’t be prepared by the water atomization method and under an atmospheric environment.
2.Can produce spherical powder.
3.Due to the rapid solidification and no segregation, it can prepare a lot of special alloy powder.
4.Can prepare low oxygen content metal powder with.
5.Parameters such as powder granularity can meet using requirements by adopting the appropriate process.
4) Composition:
It is composed of a melting system, an atomization system, a vacuum system, a gas source pressurization and gas supply system, a powder collecting and trapping system, a cooling water system, a PLC system, a platform system and so on.
5) Control:
The control system can be integrated into an operating table according to user requirements, and all operation and related data are transmitted to the PLC of the system to realize functions of operation, display, processing, storage, control and so on.
