Product Description
1) Application:
It is a kind of atomization pulverizing equipment designed to meet the production requirements of water-medium atomization pulverizing/granulating under the atmospheric condition, is suitable for industrial mass production, small-batch production, product research and development.
2) Principle:
It works under the normal pressure environment, metal (alloy) material is melted by the induction heating furnace, after the material is melted and reaches atomization temperature, the operator pours the molten liquid metal into a heat preservation tundish, the liquid metal will pass through a guide pipe at the bottom of the tundish and form a liquid metal flow which enters an atomization chamber, and will form a large number of fine metal droplets due to severe shock of water flow from an ultrahigh pressure nozzle (spray disc) in the process, during the metal droplets flying and settling process, the metal droplets will be sphered under the action of surface tension and are quickly solidified (irregulated) due to water cooling action at the same time, the two processes are carried out at the same time, the final droplets morphology is the result of the above combined action, forming the sub-spherical or irregular particles, namely metal powder is formed.
3) Features:
1.Can produce a variety of most of the metal and its alloy powder, and the production cost is low;
2.Can produce sub-spherical or irregular shape powder, the shape depends on the implementation process.
3.Electromagnetic stirring action in the melting process and rapid solidification during atomization make the final powder non-segregated, and it can produce special alloy or amorphous powder.
4.The process and parameters are adjustable, and it can prepare powder with different morphologies and different granularities to meet complicated requirements on indicators such as powder granularity.
5.The ultrahigh pressure water atomization pulverizing equipment can produce powder finer than that produced by the gas atomization method.
4) Composition:
The medium frequency melting furnace, the heat preservation tundish, an atomization system, an ultrahigh pressure water system, a powder collecting, dehydrating and drying system, a screening system, a cooling water system, a control system, a steel structure platform and so on.
5) Control:
The control system can be integrated into an operating table according to user requirements, and all operation and related data are transmitted to the PLC of the system to realize all the functions of operation, display, processing, storage, control and so on.
