When working, the materials to be crushed are added into the machine from the feed hopper on the side of the machine cover shell, and the grinding roller device suspended on the plum blossom frame of the main machine revolves around the vertical axis while rotating itself. Due to the centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller swings outward and presses tightly on the grinding ring, so that the shovel blade scoops the materials and sends them between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The purpose of crushing of the grinding roller is achieved.

After the material is ground, the fan blows the wind into the main casing to blow up the powder, which is sorted by an analyzer placed above the grinding chamber. The material with too coarse fineness falls into the grinding chamber for re-grinding, and the wind flow with fineness conforming to the specifications enters the cyclone collector, and is discharged through the powder outlet after collection, which is the finished product. The air flow is returned to the fan by the return air pipe at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The air path is circulating and flows under negative pressure. The increased air volume of the circulating air path is discharged through the exhaust gas pipe between the fan and the main engine, and enters the small cyclone collector for purification treatment.
